- Incase T3B India is unable to provide you the product or service within the stipulated date after payment, we will either refund you in full or provide the product or service at a later date as per your agreement. [ This will not apply in case of any state wide/city wide declared emergency, natural calamities OR if incorrect address/telephone numbers are provided]
- If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund you in full.
- If we provide you with a product or service other than what you have ordered, we will ensure that the correct product / service is provided to you. Please note that it may be necessary to return the original product / service received.
- Please note that all compensation will be in the form of a full or partial-refund against the original payment or in the form of discount vouchers for use in a future order.
